I Would Like To Meet The Eye Of The Sun And The Moon
11 September – 19 October 2025
Opening Preview: 10 September 2025, 6–8pm
Giuditta Vettese (1994) graduated in Aesthetic Philosophy (Università Statale di Milano – Paris Sorbonne) and went on to complete a two-year Master’s in Philosophy and Anthropology (EHESS, Paris). Her academic research has focused first on the theme of the gaze between psychoanalysis and phenomenology, and later on the relation between trauma, the body, and spiritual experience. Working across sculpture, performance, and abstract painting, her artistic practice is an inquiry where sensoriality, matter, and psychic energy converge. She conceives corporeality as a fundamental medium for processes of knowledge and self-exploration, seeking also to translate the philosophical concepts that shaped her academic work into forms and volumes.
She is co-founder of Provinciale11, a collective project of artistic and curatorial research which, in dialogue with academic scholars, promotes residencies for emerging artists in Italy through public funding. Her recent exhibitions include CMQ Architettura, Milan (2025); Guts Gallery, London (2024); The Broken Arm, Paris (2024); Spazio Volta, Bergamo (2023); Galleria Rossana Orlandi (2023); and ReaFair, Fabbrica del Vapore, Milan (2023).
